Description: Brewed with the famous Vapor™ Lager yeast (named for the dense exhaust of vaporized weed clouds commonly rising from San Francisco breweries), this is a return of the instant classic, brewed once and only back in January of 2017. Danker’s Team is a supremely hoppy and hazy California Common brewed in collaboration with one of the great beer minds of our generation, Jeff Erway of La Cumbre Brewing in New Mexico. We mash Danker’s Team with a significant portion of @weyermann_specialty_malts Vienna, kettle and dry hop it with Nelson, Simcoe and New Zealand Nectaron, and ferment it cool and clean. The hops really pop with so little yeast aroma in the way but a sip reveals a sturdy maltiness not often seen in such a hazy offering.
