Description: We’ve brough back a really cool ingredient. JW Lees Yeast (origins tracing back almost 200 years) that was brought to us by Paul Jones of Cloudwater Brewing in Manchester, England. He obtained it direct from JW Lees. Hopped with High Oil Cascades in the boil and dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial. Notes of Mango, Peach and Honeydew Melon.
