Description: We’ve been so lucky to be able to see our good pallys from Green Cheek as much as we have after a couple years apart during that stinkin’ pandemic thing. When we first saw them in 2021 we brewed a beer called I’ve Missed You. Well Good Seeing You Again is that same beer, but with a status update of a name. With a large dose of Citra Incognito, a heavy infusion of Simcoe, Strata, HBC 630, Nectaron and a dusting of Talus and New Zealand Cascade, we have achieved an aromatic brew with enticing wafts of tangerine oil and ripe guava, pinewood forest and fresh sliced limes. Of course, as a West Coast DIPA, the sexy aromas are supported by a light maltiness and deep piney bitterness that we love to see time after time.
