Description: A collaboration with Brasserie Thiriez of France. This is a French-American farmhouse ale using WYeast's 3711 French saison yeast which was cultured from the Thiriez house strain. We used North American barley and wheat and a blend of American and European hops (more specifically Caliente, Sterling and Styrian Celeia). Saison des Flandres is crisp and dry with beautiful spicy yeast driven flavors/aromas.
