Description: Happy Cinco de Mayo! A one time collaboration with Tired Hands Brewing Co. out of Ardmore, PA in 2013 has become a yearly bi-coastal celebration of tacos. This "culinary IPA" was brewed with cumin & coriander seed, black pepper, sea salt, cilantro, pasilla chiles, lime juice and zest. It also contains a good dose of corn & fried corn tortilla chips. Hopped with Citra & Motueka.
