Description: CH Evans offers a true Bavarian-style wheat beer. Our specialty wheat yeast strain produces fruity esters and spicy phenols reminiscent of bananas and cloves. Our Hefe has a very light body and lively mouthfeel, and while the ester and penol characteristics are certainly present it is somewhat subtle and very pleasant. Cheers to the first of many Hefe’s throughout the summer!
