Description: A collaboration with local breweries in Bellingham to create this North by Northwest Lager for Bellingham Beer Week 2015. We used generous amounts of Yakima hops (Cascade, Chinook, Amarillo, Mt Hood) and a portion of malts from our local Skagit Malting Co. NxNW Lager is the perfect drinkable lager for celebrating our local craft brewers. Traditional lager yeast has made this beer crisp and piney with hints of zesty citrus for a smooth brew!
