Description: Keith Howard is a local homebrewer who won Homebrew Best In Show at this year’s Best Florida Beer Competition. For the last several years Cigar City has chosen the Best In Show recipe to be our entry for the Pro-Am competition at the Great American Beer Festival, the Pro-Am competition representing collaborations between homebrewers and commercial breweries. Keith called his entry Incinerator, a reference to the smoked malt used in the grist and a nod to the suffix “-ator” found at the end of the names of most dopplebocks.
