Using prime, plump Australian Barley malt at its peak, a hint of specialty grains, but nothing too fancy, the brew shines with a sparkle of gold. Bitterness provided by Australian Galaxy hops, and Galaxy round out the flavour and aroma, with floral, spicy & fruity character.The aroma is particularly hoppy, with some Cascade hops providing lift, and citrus notes.
