In Flight Meal is the name he uses to describe his daily staple of instant ramen and microwave meals, and we chose to brew a big, juicy TIPA as it's one of his favourite beer styles. Tae Han, you'll be missed. Aroma & Flavour: Mango pulp, apricot, light honey and orange blossom Body: Full-bodies, sweet and juicy with soft carbonation Aftertaste: Juicy finish with low bitterness and resinous hop notes
