Every ingredient marries beautifully with our unique farmhouse yeast strain, the result a frenetically carbonated ale, with bold notes of lemon thyme, bubble gum, cloves, gingerbread, pepper, and sage. By drinking a Big Cat Brew you not only get to taste a unique and amazing brew, but you also get a chance to give back to an organization committed to desert conservation through preservation, education and appreciation.
