Description: This limited release version of Bourbon Council was created to highlight the unique characteristics of our barrel stock. We started the process by selecting second use Cherry Brandy barrels, filled with our Imperial Stout, as the cornerstone of the blend. We then carefully selected our favorite 1792, Elijah Craig and Heaven Hill barrels for blending. The resulting experience is Bright cherry cola, figs, caramel, coco with a touch of treacle and roast. We hope you and the rest of the Bourbon Council enjoy it as much as we do.
