Capturing the spirit of the legendary Tanuki animal, our schwarzbier is as unique and smooth as it is dark and playful on the palate. Subtle layers express themselves in tones of cocoa and chocolate with a soft, toffee-like finish. Fermented with a classic lager yeast and lagered for an extended period for an exceptionally smooth character, Tanuki is our take on the classic German dark lager.
