Description: Some days just never end! That was definitely the case when we brewed this coffee stout. This beer was brewed with Belgian chocolate and cacao nibs. We cold-steeped the finished beer with 5lbs of whole bean "Got Your 6" coffee from a local roaster, Raphael's Roastery. "Got Your 6" is a blend of light, medium, and dark roast and created in support of the Nation's Police Officers. The coffee aroma/flavor is strong with subtle notes of chocolate.
