Description: Our Adambier hews close to tradition, expressing complex flavors from the crystal rye, chocolate, and beechwood-smoked malts. Brewed thrice before bottling, this beer is a careful blend which offers a deep, complex flavor. The first batch reposed in bourbon barrels for a year. We racked that into kegs for conditioning while we brewed & re-filled the bourbon barrels, this time for six months. The third batch was unaged, and blended with the prior two.
