Description: Our Virtuous Endeavor® Belgian-style Quad is a monstrous beer, redolent of macerated fruits and rich malt character. We decided to try to tame the beast by carefully selecting Kentucky Bourbon barrels featuring sweet caramel notes we thought would play well with our beloved Quad. The resulting beer is a refined specimen, tasting of warm candied figs and dried cherries, but with enough heat to reveal the leviathan at its heart. At 11% this beauty and beast is best shared with friends.
