Description: Our Virtuous Endeavor® Belgian-style Quad is a monstrous beer, redolent of macerated fruits and rich malt character. We decided to try to tame the beast by carefully selecting North American Port barrels featuring a rich, warm vinous character we thought would play well with our beloved Quad. We went a step further, blending in some bourbon barrel-aged Quad for balance. The resulting beer is a refined specimen, where wine-like notes dance with sweet fruits on a background of rich, warm caramel. This Confluence of vintner and brewer make for a true beauty best shared with friends.
