Description: DBA Centennial aged in bourbon barrels from Cedar Ridge Distillery. Co-founders John and Ken and the crew have been Doing Business As Confluence for 100 batches of beer. To celebrate, we went big on Batch 100! We held nothing back in this brewing collaboration with Confluence head brewer John Martin's good friend Bill Heinrich, head brewer at Big Grove Brewery in Solon, Iowa. DBA Centennial’s hefty malt bill —including good old American two-row, CaraMunich II, and Patagonia Especial — make this beer our highest-alcohol creation ever. The rich malt profile is balanced by Centennial and Warrior hops creating its big bitter profile. With a whopping three pounds of dry hops per barrel, this beer puts an exclamation point on our milestone. Celebrate our Centennial with us … in moderation!
