Description: From a classic Czech Pilsner to the trendiest of milkshake IPAs, kiln dried and pelletized hops are the industry standard for almost every beer you enjoy throughout the year. We say almost, because once a year, when the fresh hops are ready for harvest we have the opportunity to brew a “Wet” Hopped IPA. We overnight freshly picked Mosaic from the hop yards in the Pacific Northwest, and within 48 hours these unkilned hops go directly from bine to our kettles. We keep the malt bill simple to allow that distinctive smooth fresh hop character to shine through. In fact, most of the fresh hops are saved for the whirlpool, where the Mosaic is encouraged to impart its tropical and citrus flavors and aroma to the beer without excess bitterness. Brewed fresh to be enjoyed fresh, be sure to get some while it lasts.
