Description: We’ve always admired the innovation of the traditionally untraditional methods of Belgian brewers. This admiration led us to try our hand at innovating on our own Belgian-style Tripel. With a sweet, full-bodied foundation dominated by notes of banana and peach, our Tripel elicits memories of our favorite double IPAs. What began as a style of necessity, the IPAs of old have become a playground of experimentation for fruit-forward designer hops. The similarities were too great to ignore, so we decided to apply the spirit of the American IPA to the traditional Belgian Tripel.
