Description: Ochre Ale gets its name from the color of the beer and the oak barrel aging. Ochre Ale was brewed on August 22, 2011 and spent seven months in 600 gallon French Oak barrels. During this aging process, a secondary fermentation took place giving this fine ale complex aromas of fruit and wood. This beer finishes dry with a final gravity of 1.004.
