Description: A Brief History of Time Travel (BHOTT) is a double dry-hopped, double IPA. Cloudy from the tears of veteran brewers, this hazy DIPA is supercharged with scoop after scoop of brewer's GOLD. Hops, that is. Copious late-boil and dry-hop additions of Mosaic, Wai-iti, and Simcoe lend aromas and flavors of pineapple and passionfruit. Mouthfeel confirms the ambrosia, reminiscent of persimmon with a slick and honey-like finish. Time is ticking. The beginning is the end, the end....is the beginning.
