Description: Bottled 6/18. A spontaneously fermented wild ale, aged in oak barrels for up to two years, then refermented in secondary oak tanks with whole Oregon Boysenberries. Rich fruit character with notable Boysenberry ‘spice’ coupled with delicate oak and a growing Brett funk. Delicious and fruit forward now with crisp carbonation and soft acidity, this will mature with a diminishing fruit character yet progressive earthy complexity with more time in bottle.
