Description: Two years of our spontaneously inoculated and oak barrel fermented beer are blended with mature oak barrel aged and naturally fermented cider from the good folks at Baird and Dewar (who produce AMAZING cider relative to our ideals) along with a portion of freshly pressed Oregon cider apple juice. Combined to ferment together in oak casks, and further matured on the lees in the same vessels for yet more months after, this beer was then packaged and naturally conditioned in bottle and keg.
