Description: The Orchard A beer of staggering stone fruit depth; An ode to Baird Family Orchards, and what their wonderful fresh fruit does when combined with our funky native yeast and bacteria. A menagerie of peaches, apricots and nectarines, all fermented in secondary oak casks after blending from an array of mature barrels of spontaneous beer. Hand processed by our team, with love and only a little impatience and soreness by the end. It’s a lot of work. But, worth it. At just a bit under two years average age in oak, the mature beer is contrasted by vibrant fresh fruit character. Balanced acids, and a potential to grow in depth and complexity over the coming months, though enjoyable now for the vibrancy of the fruit expre
