Description: A spontaneous wild ale, inoculated in our coolship, then fermented and aged for an average of 20 months in oak. After aging, select barrels were chosen and blended into secondary oak tank for refermentation on fresh Oregon grown Peaches, Nectarines and Apricots from Baird Family Orchards. We tasted and tested the tanks after approximately two months, then blended the final components again into tank for bottling. Naturally conditioned for approximately five months and vibrantly fruity and funky, we are now excited to share!
