Description: A golden wild ale drawing inspiration from Belgian Lambic and Gueuze traditions, this beer was fermented and aged in oak after resting overnight in our coolship as with all of our other beers. After long maturation, we carefully selected and blended three different years with the goal being to emphasize a more fruit forward fermentation character than some of its brethren, such as The Broken Truck. It opens with a pronounced citrus impression, with tropical fruit notes such as passionfruit interwoven with vibrant Brett character. The palate follows similarly, with a brisk carbonation providing a full mouthfeel.
