Description: Struise-Mikkeller is a distinguished 'Double IPA' of 130 IBU. This is slightly hazy, amber-coloured ale pours a nice and creamy yellowish, off-white head. The aroma is packed with hops, fine spices and the best of candi sugars. The taste is very generous, elegant and, to our taste, perfectly in balance. On the palate you can notice touches of grapefruit, other hints of citrus, spices, smooth sugars, and tons of hops. This unique ale has a long, lingering aftertaste and offers 'The Best of Two Worlds' -- for that is what Struise-Mikkeler is all about.
