Description: Our NYke Missile Ale is a maple smoked, honey, rye, Belgian Tripel is a Belgian style tripel with a wild twist. this tripel has been brewed with (1.) 150 pounds of rye berries grown by wild hive farm in Clinton Corners, NY (2.) 120 lbs of honey harvested from Bee Charma apiaries in the Hudson Valley (a large percentage of which was harvested in Defiant’s hometown, Pearl River). & (3.) fallen maple wood from bear mountain in Rockland County, smoked in defiant’s very own smoker.
