Description: Our latest mixed fermentation release is the fruit of a long collaborative process with the wonderful Chris from @astleyvineyard in Worcestershire. Blend 4 is a single blend refermented for four weeks on Bacchus pomace, Kerner pomace and Siegerrebe pomace to create three separate beers. Each have differences but are on a similar thread and we hope we’ve done these wonderful grapes justice! This simple beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and aged in oak for 1 year. Refermented on grape pomace for 4 weeks. Fruity and floral aromas with hints of pepper, light body and bright acidity.
