Description: When visiting Unseen University on a cultural exchange (i.e. a pissup), Archchancellor Bill Rincewind didn’t take long to find his way into the Boathouse Brewery for a swift half. Keen to learn the brewing techniques of Fourecks, the students encouraged Bill to brew with them and this collaboration beer was the result. Having heard of the interesting ingredients found in Fourecks beer they were surprised at the simplicity of the brew created by Bill and its wonderful flavours. No worries, mate. Tasting notes: A light refreshing blonde ale with a delicate bitterness making this a truly quaffable beer. Don’t be fooled, however; with the super high-alpha Stella, the aromas give sweet citrus and beautiful fruit. Fresh lemon and pine are present on the palate with delightful apricot and melon flavours hanging around in the background. The beer finally leaves a sweet but crisp hoppiness in the mouth.
