Description: We were inspired by the classic French Saisons of the world and this our take on the style. We wanted to keep this guy simple and let the yeast do the talking. New world aromatic hops really play off of the peppery, clove-like notes of the yeast. So good. Easy enough to crush with enough complexity to keep the geeks in us happy.
