Description: Cafuné is a 6% aromatic IPA with coffee addition. This beer was brewed with our friends from Oitava Colina and aims to challenge preconceived concepts about IPAs. With a generous use of Mosaic hops in the whirlpool and dry-hop, this creation presents intense citric aromas. It also features tangerine and papaya notes, and finishes with subtle roasted and caramel flavours, from the lightly toasted Colombian, Kenyan and Ethiopian coffees used. Cafuné will debut January, the 6th, in the context of Festa de Reis | Ouro, Incenso e Birra from Lisbon Beer District.
