Description: Raspberry Jam is a Barrel-Aged sour ale with the addition of Raspberries from Alentejo. It was aged for almost 2 years in oak barrels with brettanomyces, that transformed some of the more complex sugars into intense fruity flavors. It shows a clear dark golden color and shy white foam head. On the nose, you get some typical brett aromas like barnyard and leather. But once you taste it, you get an intense biscuity-like base with berry and pineapple flavors. There’s a very light acetic feel in a overall funky and sour beer.
