Description: We brewed this IPA with hop balance in mind Not a tropical smack in the face, and not a lip puckering hop bomb. Cascade, Summit, and Chinook in the boil give spicy herbal and floral notes while the Columbus dry hop gives a one of a kind aroma not found in a whole lot of IPAs. We also changed up the malts a little bit, giving a soapy buttery mouthfeel and a hint of sweetness from start to finish. The ending bitterness has a presence, but is far from overpowering.
