Description: We’ve worked on the hops and the %. We’ve taken out the Kohatu hops and moved the Ekuanot hops from dry hopping to whirlpool and letting the Mosaic hops move the other way. We’ve lowered the alcohol to 7%. Another difference will once again be appearance. We’re making the FRESH series brighter, continuing gently with FRESH ELEVEN. The early versions of FRESH were bright, then we gradually got drawn into the haze craze. And, while we still love the haze as much as the next guy, FRESH was never about haze. FRESH is a… well fresh, super hoppy, luscious crush and as we’ve said from day one: Embarking on a journey towards a super crisp, nicely sparkling and crushingly lush IPA, with loads and loads and loads of hops! That’s fresh! This is FRESH!
