Description: Fermented with a Trappist style yeast strain, Duncan’s Tripel is a traditional Belgian inspired ale created in tribute to the great Trappist and Abbey Ales of northwest Europe. Our Tripel is brewed with local honey and never filtered, giving you a smooth flavor that hides its high alcohol content. As with all our beers, our Tripel is finished with Tarrytown-grown hops for a pleasant floral aroma that is as local as it gets.
