Description: Dundee Summer Shandy is lower in alcohol than most craft styles, is lower on the bitterness scale, and finishes with a tart lemon bite. Our Shandy is somewhat sweeter than most, but we found this to be a better balance with our lager. It is the perfect pairing for summer barbecue foods, and the extra sweetness bodes well with spicier stuff. My personal favorite pairing is with spicy grilled shrimp, but really anything grilled with a spicy rub is a perfect match for our Shandy.
