We kettle sour this brew with natural yogurt to drop the pH and provide a clean acidic tang. Fresh cherries from the Yarra Valley are picked, pressed and added to the tank, allowing a secondary fermentation on fruit, finishing off a bone dry, refreshing, thin body. unfiltered and unpasterised. store cold, drink fresh
