The Fallen Phoenix is based on their flagship Phoenix D Knottbusser where the traditional taste of honey, molasses,oats and wheat are joined by gourmet chocolate and over 50kg of honey comb. Think cold melted violet crumble. Made to be sipped nice and slow.
