Description: Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Eight Arch Brewing Co. in Dorset. Steve’s van made quite the entrance, arriving in an explosion of 40kg of berries. We spent half the morning mashing, smooshing, crushing and pulverising the fruit, eventually opting for Willamette, Centennial and the elegant Hallertau Blanc to play the part in a sherbet hop background for the berries to bounce off of. Looks like berry smoothie, smells like berries, tastes like berries. Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer.
