It is well aged but will only get better if you hold on to it for a couple of years. It's moderately hopped with Columbus and Centennial hops; 69 ibu's. It's not cloyingly sweet but relatively dry, finishing at a gravity of 1.018. This IS smooth, delicious and malty. Enjoy it whenever you want a special beer for a special time! Best served at 60 or 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
