Description: This beer is an extra special version of BYS. We gave this the double oak treatment, aging it for 19 months in a 4 Roses Bourbon Barrel and then finishing it for 2 months in an Engine House 25 Cabernet barrel along with a pile of Mexican Vanilla beans. The result is a delightfully complex version of our base BYS. A strong vanilla nose along with bourbon, chocolate and toasted marshmallow starts off the journey. You will find rich blackberry and mild smokey notes from the red wine aging process along with a mellow alcohol warmth and a dry red wine finish blending wonderfully with the bourbon, chocolate and oak.
