Description: Carpe Brewem Barrel Aged Mochaccino Stout release. We have taken a creamy, milk-stout recipe and dialed it up to 11! After the beer is done fermenting, we added a large amount of French roast coffee and cacao nibs and left it to condition for many months in Oak Barrels. This gives the beer a punch of coffee awesomeness and adds a rich, fresh-chocolate character with slight oak flavor.
