Hopes and dreams start in the hop fields where baby kangaroos hop in their Baby Roo Shoes to bring the Scientists the finest hops from the Australian Dream Fields. After much hard work and commitment, Baby Roos graduate to the Dream Lab and they become hop Scientists themselves and their shoes are immortalized by being dipped in bronze and hung in the lab. Baby Roo Dream Field Shoes Pale Ale has Equilibrium’s biggest pale ale hopping rate yet. Starting off with a heavy oat base we hopped it aggressively with Citra, Enigma, and Galaxy. It pours hazy yellow with big aromas of fresh OJ and pineapple. The flavors are BIG for a pale ale and offer notes of juicy orange, papaya, passionfruit, berries and melon wrapped up in a juicy finish. This beer has all the flavor of a DIPA in Pale Ale form.
