Description: Barrel Aged Chordata was aged for nearly 21 months in a Blanton’s bourbon barrel before being conditioned on shredded coconut, macadamia nuts, caramel, and Mostra x Equilibrium Kinetic blend coffee. A coconut devil's food cake batter aroma opens up into an incredible velvety mouthfeel with flavors of fudge popsicles dipped in a caramel coconut frappuchino, chocolate covered toasted macadamia nuts, and caramel candies dusted with cocoa powder.
