Description: We took a single Willet barrel that has been harmonizing gracefully with a big base stout and conditioned it Mostra roasted Yemen Mokka Matari coffee. We are delighted with the results, Project Yemen pours a thick pitch black in color with a tan head. Aromas of complex vanilla, oak, char, and just brewed coffee morph into flavors of creamy bakers chocolate, caramel nougat, dark fruit, leather, vanilla custard, and clover honey all wrapped into a thick bourbon coffee ROLO. Project Yemen is thiccccc. The first of two Project beers for 2021, Project Yemen is flavorful, complex, sophisticated, and stands up to the Project name.
