Description: 100% American oak fermented and aged farmhouse ale with our house souring bacteria. When fermentation was complete the beer was racked to French white oak barrels and aged on local hand picked Fuyu Persimmons from my familys farm. The beer was then blended with young farmhouse ale aged in gin barrels.
