Description: Our 2017 Russian Imperial Stout is a blend of 90% clean-fermented RIS aged in 45th Parallel Distilling Bourbon and Rye whiskey barrels and 10% Brett. finished Old Ale that was similarly barrel-aged for nearly two years. Roast, oak, vanilla, and chocolate notes pair with a hint of dark fruit, leather, and a touch of funk. Brettanomyces character may become more evident with aging.
