Description: A traditional Polish style of beer brewed exclusively with Oak-smoked Wheat malt. Low in alcohol, relatively high in bitterness, and fairly smoky, our interpretation was dry-hopped and barrel fermented with a blend of yeast and bacteria, resulting in the addition of a moderate acidity and "farm-y" character.
